From November 14 to 16, the Silverspot Cinema in Miami will host the 25th edition of the Miami Short Film Festival, one of the most important international events dedicated to short films, aimed at promoting emerging independent filmmakers from around the world.
One of the most anticipated moments of this year’s edition is the program “An Italian Frame”, a selection of six contemporary Italian short films supported by the Italian Cultural Institute of Miami, scheduled for Saturday, November 15 at 6:00 PM.

- A domani – Emanuele Vicorito (2025)
A touching story of contrasts between detention and freedom, guilt and hope. Arturo, a young inmate, falls in love with a tourist while doing community service on the beach, but he cannot reveal the truth about his life to her. - Pinocchio Reborn – Matteo Cirillo (2024)
An adult Pinocchio seeks the help of a psychologist to understand whether it is still worth being a good guy in a society that rewards the cunning. - Sharing is Caring – Vincenzo Mauro (2024)
Marco, an aspiring crypto trader, rents a car equipped with a device that accumulates credit based on shared personal data. The car rewards him for revealing secrets and sins, but something unexpected changes the game. - Marcello – Maurizio Lombardi (2024)
Marcello and Nino, driven by revenge, destroy a local boss’s bar. Marcello hides in Cinecittà, pretending to be part of a film crew. - Rukeli – Alessandro Rak (2025)
The story of Johann Wilhelm Trollmann, a Romani boxer and middleweight champion, deported to Nazi camps. Famous for his elegant style, he symbolically challenges the regime. - Dive – Aldo Iuliano (2023)
Two teenagers try to escape reality on a secluded beach. Between friendship, possible love, and courage, they experience an intense journey of discovery and challenge.
